Mr. Yen holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Western Sydney, Australia, which he completed between 1991 and 1993. He is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience spanning multiple industries, supported by strong expertise in digital media, traditional media, and trade. He is widely recognised for his sound business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and proven ability to identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
Throughout his career, Mr. Yen has founded and managed numerous digital enterprises across the consumer retail, advertising, and data analytics sectors. In addition to his involvement in digital ventures, he has also held senior leadership roles in established business environments, including Exaprise, DBB Design Malaysia, and MTTC Trading.
With broad experience in trade, project management, and stakeholder engagement, Mr. Yen is a skilled negotiator and independent operator who continues to drive sustainable growth and innovation across the ventures under his leadership.

Mr. Lee Kai Sheng holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Accounting). He commenced his career in the National Service with the First Transport Battalion from December 2010 to December 2012, where he attained the rank of Lance Corporal. During his service, he supported national service training programmes, operated and maintained transport vehicles, and was certified to train newly licensed transport operators.
He later built his career in the financial services industry with AXA Insurance Pte. Ltd. and subsequently United Overseas Bank Singapore Limited between 2016 and 2019, where he was involved in financial advisory services, portfolio planning, client relationship management and the promotion of banking and investment products.
From 2019 onwards, he assumed senior management roles in Malaysia. He served as General Manager of Prestige Auction Sdn. Bhd. and Minato Trading Sdn. Bhd., as well as Operations Manager of Topwork Marketing Sdn. Bhd., where he was responsible for overseeing operational management, financial administration, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and team development.
In April 2024, he joined Artroniq Berhad as Finance Manager, where he oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, performance evaluation and the assessment of business expansion and merger opportunities.
In November 2024 he was appointed Director of STPP Trading Sdn. Bhd., where he provides strategic oversight on the company’s business direction, financial planning, risk management and operational performance, while strengthening engagement with key stakeholders to support sustainable growth.

Mr. Ho Yu Hang was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021 after completing his pupillage at Messrs Sia Boon Chee & Co in Selangor, where he subsequently practiced as a Legal Assistant.
During his tenure there, he focused on general litigation and real estate matters, successfully managing high-stakes cases in debt recovery, land disputes, construction disputes, matrimonial issues, and defamation.
In 2023, Mr. Ho joined Messrs L Y Lu & Co as a Legal Assistant, where he expanded his expertise into corporate and commercial law. In this role, he provided in-depth advice on corporate governance and compliance, employment law, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts for both Malaysian private limited companies and foreign businesses.
In present, Mr. Ho is the founder of Messrs Ho & Partners, offering a comprehensive range of legal services including general civil litigation and dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, probate and estate administration, intellectual property law, family and matrimonial matters, and property and real estate law.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Monash University and is a Registered Financial Planner accredited by the Malaysia Financial Planning Council.
Currently serving as a Senior Trust Manager at DCS Fiduciary Sdn. Bhd., Chin Fang Yi excels in promoting Labuan Trust solutions and building strategic partnerships in Hong Kong. Her experiences at VKA Wealth Planners and Hong Kong Fiduciary Association showcase her expertise in managing and providing specialised trust solutions to high-net-worth clients, including those with cryptocurrency assets.
With an impressive track record of MDRT qualification in insurance, and exceptional leadership, she combines strategic vision and innovative approach with a talent for cultivating client relationships and mentoring advisors, driving substantial business growth and governance excellence.
